101 Chicken is continuing its North Jersey expansion with a fourth location, coming soon to Northvale.

The brand currently operates three locations in Fort Lee, Ridgefield Park, and Lodi—where it’s known for its crispy, made-to-order Korean fried chicken.

Led by Chef Byungtae Ahn, Grand Champion of the Netflix series The K-Chicken War, 101 Chicken combines traditional Korean flavors with modern techniques, including the use of a robotic frying system for consistency and efficiency.

In addition to chicken, the menu (View Menu) includes sandwiches, ddukbokki, and other sides.

No opening date has been announced yet.
