A new addition to East Rutherford’s dining scene is on the way with The Union Bar & Provisions preparing to open at 170 Union Avenue.
In fact it’s been over three years (Read Story) since Boozy Burbs exclusively (as always) last shared details about the business.
According to details on their website, the upcoming restaurant will offer nostalgic American comfort food alongside bistro fare, classic cocktails, and cold beer.
The space is designed to reflect a NYC-style tavern atmosphere, featuring a high-ceiling main bar, mezzanine, and a more traditional dining room.
Located near the Rutherford train station, the restaurant will serve a from-scratch menu.
An official opening date has not yet been announced.
