Known for its Rockland County roots and locations in Palisades and West Haverstraw, The Filling Station offers gourmet burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, fries, ice cream, and more.
The concept traces its inspiration back to a 1929 roadside burger stand, with a modern mission of recreating that nostalgic experience through quality food and community-focused service.
Burgers are made from a proprietary blend of brisket, hanger steak, and short rib, while the hot dogs are custom-made specifically for the brand.
It is currently open seven days a week.
