His experience includes gala dinners for high-profile figures including President Bill Clinton and King Hussein of Jordan.

Chef Rosato’s culinary approach blends tradition with modern technique—drawing on his work as a chef consultant and executive chef partner for hospitality brands focused on innovation, wine pairings, and regional authenticity.

Founded by a team of food lovers and entrepreneurs, Rosolini USA describes itself as “a culinary destination,” emphasizing hospitality, community, and timeless flavors.

The restaurant’s mission is to create a place where guests gather over comforting dishes and curated wines in a welcoming, contemporary space.

An official opening date has not yet been announced.
