A new specialty coffee shop is coming soon to Harrington Park.

Rippin Coffee Roasters is set to open at 68 Schraalenburgh Road, offering freshly roasted, made-to-order coffee in a grab-and-go setting.

The shop will feature pour overs, cold brew, and a full lineup of espresso drinks, with each cup ground and brewed fresh in front of the customer.

All beans will be roasted nearby in Carlstadt and kept no more than one to two weeks old for peak freshness.

The automotive-themed space will include limited seating and plans to partner with local bakeries for a small selection of pastries.

The business began as an online retailer selling their locally roasted coffee in bags and K-Cups —both of which will be for sale in the brick and mortar shop.

An official opening date has not yet been announced.
