Half Baked, an online bakery known for its oversized “Chonker” cookies and handcrafted desserts, is preparing to open its first storefront in Mahwah.

The new location is under construction at 107 Miller Road, with an anticipated opening in early June 2025.

While the space is being built out, customers can continue placing orders through the business’s website at halfbakedtreats.com.

The Mahwah storefront will initially offer weekend walk-in service, with plans to expand later this year to include dessert catering, “dirty sodas,” and private event hosting.

Half Baked will also launch a community investment campaign, allowing supporters to invest directly in the business.

A definitive opening date is expected soon.
