Blaze on Fire Restaurant & Grill is preparing to open on Main Street in Hackensack.

The upcoming casual eatery will specialize in Peruvian cuisine, with a particular focus on rotisserie chicken made using ‘authentic flavors” and “bold flavors”.

With a menu that will also showcase Nikkei influences — a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian culinary styles—highlighting bold flavors and diverse ingredients.
