The Odd Bunch is now open in Wallington, bringing a creative take on sandwiches and bao buns.

The shop is the result of ownership’s long-standing vision to build something “truly unique.”

The menu starts small, featuring classic sandwiches with inventive twists and grilled bao buns – like a duck confit bao and stuffed brie bao topped with foie gras and caviar.

Sous vide cooking is a key feature, with equipment visible to guests in the front of house.

This setup is designed to engage diners and highlight the technique’s role in the food preparation process – plus in collaboration with a childhood friend and artist, they plan to unveil original artwork in tandem with changes to the menu and interior.

A curated selection of juices and teas is also available to complement the food offerings.

The Odd Bunch is currently open Monday through Saturday.
