Angelina Italian Bakery has shared they are soft opening their new Fort Lee shop beginning this Thursday, April 17th.

With seven locations in New York, this will be their first in New Jersey — they also are planning stores in California and Florida (Read Story).

According to their website, the business is the brainchild of Tony Park — who is of Korean descent, but born in Palermo, Italy and raised from a young age by an Italian family.

He learned to cook and bake from his Italian grandmother and studied pastry at Scuola Alberghiera of Palermo.

Menu options range from “savory favorites” to sweet treats — items from the website include bombolones, croissants, sandwiches, coffee and more.

To welcome the Fort Lee community, they will host a three-day event featuring complimentary meals:

Thursday 4/17: Free Dinner, 5:00–8:00PM
Friday 4/18: Free Lunch, 11:00AM–2:00PM
Saturday 4/19: Free Breakfast, 7:00–10:00AM
