Tori Sakana is Coming Soon to Fort Lee
A new Japanese restaurant named Tori Sakana, is aiming to open its doors in Fort Lee later this year.
The eatery will specialize in chicken karaage paired with “special sauces”, as well as “expertly crafted” sushi.
The name translates to “Chicken and Fish,” embodying its focus on these two culinary staples.
The sushi will be prepared by a chef with over 10 years of experience at Blue Ribbon Sushi, a celebrated Manhattan institution.
The restaurant’s space will feature a sushi counter and carefully curated decor to create it’s specific ambiance.
Tori Sakana will be located at the storefront that formerly was home to Oh mammy.
Construction is currently underway to prepare for a planned June opening.
