For more than 25 years in New York City, Albert’s Mofongo was “renowned for its authentic, flavorful mofongo” – a four year absence has found it returning, but in New Jeresy.
As “one of the first to offer” a variety of mofongo styles, the family-owned restaurant offer “a legacy built on tradition and innovation”.
Offering a menu of “Latin Dominican cuisine”, it features a selection of:
Signature Mofongos – Classic and specialty variations with pork, chicken, shrimp, lobster, or beef.
Traditional Dominican Dishes – Including mangú, chicharrón de pollo, sancocho, and pernil.
Seafood Specialties – Garlic shrimp, red snapper, and other Caribbean-style seafood.
Rice & Beans Combos – Served with stewed meats and plantains.
Homemade Juices & Desserts – Passionfruit juice, morir soñando, flan, and tres leches cake.
Serving Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (View Menu) in the space offer approximately fifty seats.
It’s currently open seven days a week till 10:00pm.
