Sazanami Hamba-Gu is coming soon to Edgewater.
Signage has been up for at least two months at the former location of Shahrzad, Fuxingmei, Takayama and others.
Japanese Hamburg Steak will presumably be the eatery’s signature dish based on their sign.
Known as hamba-gu, Japanese style Hamburg steak is a meat patty that’s crafted from ground beef.
The space appears to be in the process of renovation.
There’s no word yet on an opening date.
