Craft is Expected Next Week in Downtown Westwood
Craft Taco Co. in Westwood will be shifting their concept according to chef and owner Michael Merida.
The name will simple be Craft, with a menu that’s “elevated casual dining”.
After hearing from guests they wanted even more than just tacos, he’s been doing R&D with the food over the last few weeks.
He’ll be offering menus (see dinner menu below) for lunch, dinner and dessert.
The current plan is to open sometime next week.
