Opening Alert: Sparta Eats, Hackensack, NJ
Sparta Eats is now open in Hackensack.
Chef and founder George Gkouveris is also the founder of the local Sparta Taverna restaurants.
After 20 years of traditional Greek cuisine, Gkouveris decided to open a more modern concept focusing on takeout and fast dine-in.
His vision is to create a new brand that “extracts the best dishes people have loved over the years”, while adding some new ones like Saganaki Bites, Zucchini Sticks, Gyros and Wraps.
It’s currently open six days (Closed Sundays) a week.
