Melt Toba is Opening this Week in Westwood
Melt Toba is coming this week to downtown Westwood.
It’s from the same ownership of Green Chop, which operates in Montclair — it’s replacing longtime tenant The Melting Pot.
Their aiming to offer “Pan-Asian Global Cuisine” with a menu that’s really of mix of dishes and “offer something that’s not being offered around” the area.
Everything will be made in-house – including items like the bread and desserts — as the menu (View Menu) will seafood, pasta, dry-aged steak and more.
The bar menu will offer wine, beer and cocktails – plus a separate food menu that will eventually include items like a burger.
Hot pot is planned for a future date, plus chocolate fondue will still be on the dessert menu at this address.
There’s also outdoor seating (weather permitting), plans for an eventual brunch and a “tasting menu” — though they’ll open for dinner only to start.
A grand opening is currently scheduled for Thursday, March 20th.
