The Little Kitchen is coming next week to Ramsey. Adrienne Cirillo is a personal chef who is bringing her “delicious from scratch food” to a wider audience. Known for “thoughtful personalized catering”, Cirillo doesn’t simply want to “hand off a tray” — if you want to serve your great grandmother’s recipe for chicken cacciatore, give her the recipe and she’ll make it. Expect soups, family meals, food prep options and grazing tables among her planned offerings — all of the catering is cooked fresh, not made three days before and reheated. With catering as the “jumping off point” for the business, the menu will include “the standards” (pastas, salads) along with items like Peruvian Chicken, shawarma and Greek lamb kofta. There will be “pop-up specials” that are a test bed for “experimentation” like a mac and cheese bar, breads and more. Also expect “take and bake” meals that can be popped in the oven and dinner specials for families.
