Screamers is a Late Night Popup in Ridgewood
Screamers is recently launched late night popup in Ridgewood.
Operating out of Best of Everything, Tim Dini has been working at the deli since he was 17 — he started this concept since the shop was closed during the evening and thought there was an opportunity to activate a different crowd with new menu offerings that might be difficult to produce during normal business hours.
While still in it’s infancy, the main goal is to offer late night eats — Dini noticed there are very few places left in Ridgewood for the younger crowd to go hang and grab a bite.
The menu (available exclusively after 5pm) includes pizza, tenders, fries, paninis, deep fried desserts and more — many utilizing homemade ingredients and many that are made to order.
Items like pizza have homemade dough, fresh mozzarella and sauce while paninis are crafted with house made round focaccia bread — deep fried desserts are all dipped in homemade batter.
There’s hope to start doing monthly events — Dini is also a musician and would love to host live music — though logistics are currently being worked out.
It’s currently open 5pm-9pm on Fridays and Saturdays with plans to extend the hours and days in the future.
