Jinjee is a new opening in Edgewater.

It’s a “Korean Banchan Restaurant” that “features all dishes served together in a beautifully arranged setting”.

The family-owned Korean restaurant “brings 60 years of traditional cooking expertise” from the Gangwon-do province in South Korea.

Rooted in Hanjeongsik, Korea’s full-course dining tradition, Jinjee presents a table filled with assorted banchan that offer “a rich variety of flavors and textures”.

The menu (View Menu) features appetizers, rice dishes, meat, fish and more.

It’s currently open six days a week (closed Mondays).
