SGD Tofu Soft Opening this Week in Ridgewood
As previously reports, SGD Dubu is expanding with a new location in Ridgewood.
The menu (View Menu) features their signature Soondubu JJigae (tofu stew) — served with beef, pork, egg, kicmchi and more — along with various Korean appetizers and Korean BBQ dishes.
Many should be familiar with the brand, as they already operate a location in Edgewater, Hackensack, and Palisades Park — plus many others across the country.
It’s taking the space that was most recently Bibillia.
A soft opening has been announced for this coming Friday, February 7th.
