Outlaw Saloon is a recent opening in Chestnut Ridge.

Described as a “country-western themed bar” featuring extensive whiskey & tequila lists, specialty cocktails, craft beer and an “elevated bar food menu with a Southwestern/Tex-Mex flair”.

Currently in a soft opening stage through March, it’s run by the team of Rob Olsen adn Chef Jason Francisco – two NYC hospitality industry vets.

They will offer lunch, dinner, happy hour and brunch along with catering and private events.

The space seats 29 at the bar with table seating for 30 and an additional 30 on their outdoor deck.

They are currently open Wednesday theu Sunday at 4:00pm with a grabd opening planned for April.
