Life After Restaurant is a new spot opening soon in Edgewater.

It’s located at The Metropolitan, in the space formerly Bonita by the River.

It “brings an exciting twist to Caribbean, Southern, and Asian cuisine, born from hip-hop culture and street food” according to it’s social media.

Along with sharing the “dynamic, upscale” space will serve a menu that “reflects creativity, urban culture and expressive energy”,

Dishes will “elevate” classics like “tacos, sliders, and fried chicken into gourmet experiences” — naming their signature dishes after iconic hip hop tracks, albums, or artists.

No word yet on an opening date.
