Pho Hanoi Corner is a new popup concept recently open in Fort Lee.

It was created by Hanoi natives aiming to bring the authentic flavors of Hanoi’s pho to the local community.

The pop-up is hosted inside Vera Caffe and launched just weeks ago — Vera Caffe opened last January (Read Story) serving up coffee, tea and dessert items.

As the café and pop-up share the same address, customers can enjoy coffee and pho under one roof.

Right now, Pho Hanoi Corner is selling two main dishes: Beef Pho and Chicken Pho.

Occasionally, the owner will have a rotating menu such as Red Wine Braised Beef Soup with Bread, Special Herbal Chicken Soup or Snail Noodle Soup.

It’s currently open six days a week (closed Mondays).
