Otter Sushi Expected this Month in Fort Lee
As previously reported, Otter Sushi is coming soon to Fort Lee.
Signage and construction has been underway for quite some time at the Hudson Lights development.
A few more details have trickled out about the upcoming business.
It’s been described by management as an “elevated conveyor belt sushi restaurant” that “focuses on fresh and high quality ingredients”.
In addition, plans are in place to “open in early January 2025”.
Expect an opening announcement sometime real soon.
