SGD Tofu is expanding with a new location.

The chain of Korean restaurants is expanding to Ridgewood.

The menu (View Menu) features their signature Soondubu JJigae (tofu stew) — served with beef, pork, egg, kicmchi and more — along with various Korean appetizers and Korean BBQ dishes.

Many should be familiar with the brand, as they already operate a location in Edgewater, Hackensack, and Palisades Park — plus many others across the country.

It’s taking the space that was most recently Bibillia.

Unfortunately no timeline has been given as to when this outlet will open.
