Don Coqui is a new opening in Edgewater.

Open year round, a seasonal location operates during the summer in Haverstraw according to their website.

It has taken home in the location that was previously The Yacht Club.

The business offers a “taste of the Caribbean” and an “ultra modern design”.

Chef Ricardo Cardona is helming the kitchen as Executive Chef overseeing the menu (View Menus).

Known as a “leading chef in Latin Cuisine”, Cardona has worked for Disney, Ritz Carlton and New York Yankees.

Along with “panoramic Hudson River and New York City skyline views”, the space features “three bars serving amazing cocktails and frozen drinks”.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
