LELU Patisserie is soft opening this weekend.

Current plans are to begin welcoming guests on Saturday, December 14th.

As previously reported, owner Ana Kutelvas has been working in finance for the hotel industry over many years, while pursuing a baking hobby about nine years ago.

This soft opening period is being used to “fine tune” some of the details as they strive to offer guests a “wonderful experience”.

The menu will be “limited” during the soft opening according to Kutelvas, plus she shared they are waiting for finished signage, signature packaging and expanding the team — LELU is hiring for various positions.

A grand opening for LELU will be held sometime next year.
