Opening Alert: Butterfish, Rutherford, NJ
Butterfish is a new restaurant now open in Rutherford.
Chef Jeffry Undiarto is part of the business, he is formerly of two Michelin star n/naka and currently of Iki Nori Sushi in Hollywood.
According to their website, they offer “Michelin Worthy Sushi”.
This includes both omakase and a la carte dining.
It’s currently open six days a week.
