Don Coqui is coming soon to Edgewater.

It will take home in the location that was previously The Yacht Club.

Details are promising a “taste of the Caribbean” and an “ultra modern design”.

Chef Ricardo Cardona will be helming the kitchen as Executive Chef.

Known as a “leading chef in Latin Cuisine”, Cardona has worked for Disney, Ritz Carlton and New York Yankees.

Along with “panoramic Hudson River and New York City skyline views”, the space will feature “three bars serving amazing cocktails and frozen drinks”.

According to details they are sharing on their website and social media, expect an opening on December 16th.
