Graze Craze, the charcuterie concept specializing in grazing boards, boxes and more, opened a new location in Wyckoff — a location in Haworth is expected soon as well.

The 1,100-square-foot store is owned and operated by Jane Alzate, who is utilizing her experience in the event industry to “elevate special gatherings” with food displays fit for any occasion.

Powered by its team of expert “Grazologists”, Graze Craze curates charcuterie boards made from a variety of high-quality specialty ingredients, like premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams.

Each grazing spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures that “can be both admired and enjoyed”.

“I’ve been in the event industry my whole life, so I’m passionate about bringing people together for an amazing experience,” said Alzate. “Delicious food can be found at the center of so many special memories, and I’m proud to share phenomenal charcuterie boards that make it easy for friends and family to gather.”

The charcuterie offerings are available in different size options, for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough food to feed a party.

The food displays are designed for family gatherings and corporate events of all sizes.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
