Suprema, the popular eatery in Rutherford, has expanded next door. The business opened back in 2016 “from the minds behind Michael’s Salumeria in Lyndhurst” (Read Story). Dubbed their “marketplace”, it’s an extension of their existing storefront. With counter ordering and a focus on prepared foods, retail and a grab and go area – their full restaurant menu is available too. Already well known for their Italian sandwiches, pastas — their Rigatoni Vodka was ranked #23 on New Jersey’s 25 greatest Italian dishes by NJ.com (Read Story) .
