Drift Restaurant & Bar has opened in Weehawken’s Lincoln Harbor district.

A highlighted feature is the state-of-the-art rotating dining platform, offering NYC skyline views — the “innovative design” completes a full rotation every hour ensuring “every guest enjoys an unparalleled dining experience”.

Drift’s interior offers a 100-foot brass and green-tiled bar, Terrazzo flooring, cognac leather banquettes, and oversized olive trees. A lounge features stainless steel arches, semi-private dining for sixty, and a private dining area for twenty.

The four thousand square-foot terrace has a retractable pergola and patio bar overlooking Manhattan.

Chef Bryan Noury, with a Michelin-star background, leads the kitchen.

His culinary experience led him to train with some of the most acclaimed chefs at renowned establishments like The Old Homestead, Restaurant Daniel, Café Boulud, Le Bernardin, Piccoline, and Eleven Madison Park.

A modern American menu (View Menu) includes shareable small plates, raw bar (including global specialty sushi), and large plates featuring signature dishes showcasing various meats and seafood.

Located near the Weehawken Ferry Terminal (the space was previously Houlihans), ownership aims to offer an alternative to the “potential stress” of Manhattan dining.

It’s currently open Wednesday thru Sunday for dinner.
