Salad House, the chain that specializes in freshly-prepared salad, sandwich and wraps, is coming to Westwood.

With locations across New Jersey — this will be their fifth in Bergen County joining Englewood, Hackensack, Ridgewood and Rutherford.

The menu (View Menu) allows customers to pick from pre-configured salads and more — plus the ability to create their own.

Guests can choose their “bed” (lettuce, rice, quinoa, etc), toss-ins (vegetables, seeds, eggs, fruits, etc), and extras (chicken, pasture-raised steak, cheese, avocado, bacon, etc).

Dishes are finished with a large selection of salad dressings like Lil Kick Chipotle, Tamari Thai Ranch and Avocado Poblano.

The brand has also had it’s share of accolades — earlier this year it was named one of The 10 Best Salad Chains in America (Read Story).

It’s expected to open sometime very soon, though a specific date hasn’t yet been shared.
