Blue Ridge Cafe is a new spot now open in Ridgewood.

Currently in soft launch mode, a grand opening just around the corner (no details shared as of yet).

Founded by a young, husband-and-wife duo, they are a family-owned coffee shop – “passionate about offering the finest boutiquely roasted coffee” from Brooklyn and “freshly made desserts inspired by cherished family recipes”.

The menu is “designed to delight” — featuring salads, wraps, sandwiches, smoothie bowl, and handcrafted juices.

There’s also made-from-scratch waffles and specialty pastries — including customizable croissant platters filled with a variety of ingredients and paired with eggs.

Plans are also in place for the launch of an “exciting brunch menu”, including pancake platters and both sweet and savory crepes.

There’s a “focus on quality, warmth, and a personal connection” to guests, so they’ve “created a cozy and inviting space” that’s for everyone — remote workers, families, casual coffee enthusiasts and more.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
