Chef J’s is Opening Next Month in Hasbrouck Heights
Chef J’s Latin Dragon is coming next week to Hasbrouck Heights.
The Asian-Latin fusion concept began as a food truck back in 2019.
The business is from Chef Jeremiah Echeandia, who’s previously been in the kitchen at numerous North Jersey restaurants like The Dog and Cask and Midland Brew House.
The menu (View Menu) is Echeandia’s take on “upscale Asian & Latin fusion” along with a “street food style twist”,
An opening date has been scheduled for December 4th.
