North Jersey Restaurant in Lincoln Harbor Shares Opening Details

Drift, the new Lincoln Harbor restaurant in Weehakwen, has shared their opening date.

It’s from restaurateur Jeremy Casilli, known for his projects along Hudson River’s Gold Coast and experience including Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels, Pier 115, and Hudson & Co.

The restaurant’s mid-century modern interior spans 17,000 square feet, blending indoor and outdoor spaces.

It will feature a state-of-the-art rotating dining platform, offering NYC skyline views – the “innovative design” completes a full rotation every hour ensuring “every guest enjoys an unparalleled dining experience”.

A planned modern American menu from Chef Brayn Noury (The Old Homestead, Restaurant Daniel, Café Boulud, Le Bernardin, Piccoline, and Eleven Madison Park) includes shareable small plates, raw bar (including global specialty sushi), and large plates featuring signature dishes showcasing various meats and seafood.

The restaurant will open Wednesday, November 13th according to details shared.
