Yelp has Top Places to Eat in North Jersey according to Yelp Elites (View List).

These are “top-rated spot according to Elites”.

The methodology used was they “identified businesses in the restaurants category” using (amongst other things) the “total volume and ratings of reviews” from the Yelp Elite Squad between August 2023 and August 2024.

With no less than seventeen restaurants on the list from Bergen County, one trend did stand out: almost half of them were located in Fort Lee.

This included the only one to make the top 10: Moru in Fort Lee (Website) at #5.

In addition the municipality saw JJ Dak at #21 (Website), Hiram’s at #33, Soup Dumpling Plus at #23 (Website),  Kooksoo at #36 (Website), Sa Rit Gol at #37 and Tsujita at #47 (Website).

The remaining non Fort Lee restaurants were as follows: #12 Willow & Whisk in Wyckoff, #13 Honey Day in Glen Rock, #14 Garden Shabu in Little Ferry, #15 Ahjae Gookbap in Palisades Park, #22 Cast Iron Pot in Little Ferry, #25 Amayar Kitchen in Maywood, #32 The Kalbi in Englewood Cliffs, #35 De Novo in Edgewater, #39 Old Shanghai Soup Sumpling in Palisades Park, and #41 The Oak House in Oradell.
