Butterfish is Coming Soon to Rutherford
Butterfish is a new restaurant headed soon to Rutherford.
According to their social media, Chef Jeffry Undiarto is involved in the business.
He is formerly of two Michelin star n/naka and currently of Iki Nori Sushi in Hollywood.
According to their website, they will offer “Michelin Worthy Sushi”.
In addition, their Instagram notes they will have takeout in addition to dine-in.
No word yet on an opening date.
