PHUHROO, an Asian fusion restaurant, has opened in Fair Lawn.

Ownership opened the first PHUHROO in Hackensack three years ago and previously spent time working at a Vietnamese restaurant learning how to make pho.

They sold that location to open this new one to the area.

The menu (View Menu) aims to be a “culinary blend” that “brings together the diverse flavors and techniques of Asian cooking” with those “from other parts of the world”.

This fusion is meant to not only “showcase the versatility and richness of Asian ingredients and cooking styles” but to also “reflect the ever-evolving nature of global cuisine” and, “inspire new, delicious creations”.

The one thousand square foot space features around twenty five seats.

They are currently open seven days a week for lunch and dinner (till midnight).
