There’s some changes at Fink’s in Suffern, which opened back in 2016.

Originally it was named Fink’s BBQ and Cheesesteak Roadhouse ― now they’ve pared the name down to simply Fink’s BBQ Roadhouse.

They’ve also updated the menu (View Menu) ― it still features their BBQ, which is dry rubbed then cooked slow in their smoker with local wood ― and the hours of operation.

The biggest change seems to be the addition of an All You Can Eat Buffet ― available everyday for lunch and dinner with the full details shared on their website.

It’s currently open six days (closed Tuesdays) a week.
