Isola Bella is a new restaurant coming soon to American Dream in East Rutherford.

It’s being described as a “timeless elegance of Italy meets the vibrant energy of a modern cocktail bar”.

And a “sanctuary for lovers of fine spirits, exquisite Italian cuisine, and expertly crafted coffee”.

Menus have been posted at the American Dream website showcasing eats (Food Menu) like caviar, oysters, salmon tartare, and meats with cheese for a charcuterie board.

A bar menu has also been shared on the site too (Drinks Menu).

Once operational, it will be located at The Avenue, Level 1.
