Lou is a new pop-up business that officials launches today (10/6) in Ridgewood.

Located at Black Magic Bakehouse on Ridgewood Avenue, it appeared on social media earlier this week (View Instagram).

Offering a dine-in “rotating seasonal menu of elevated comfort food”, expect operations to run weekly.

The first week of items includes radicchio and fennel salad, butternut squash soup, ravioli and a mushroom focaccia sandwich.

According to social media, they will operate going forward Sunday thru Tuesday from 5:00-9:00pm.
