North Jersey Shop Has Best Pasta Dish in State
Yelp has shared their list of the Most popular pasta dish in every state, according to Yelp Elites (Read List).
The article postulates if there’s “anything cozier” than pasta.
As far as methodology: They identified businesses in the pasta category, then ranked those spots based on the volume and ratings of reviews given by Yelp Elite Squad members for each business.
They include only one business per state for “geographic diversity”.
New Jersey’s pick was Pappardelle Bolognese at The Pasta Shop in Denville.
