JINYA Ramen Bar has teamed up with Doherty Enterprises, Inc. to open their first location in New Jersey.

Located in Totowa, JINYA Ramen Bar offers guests ramen dishes, all beginning with rich broth simmered for over 20 hours in-house, along with Japanese small plates and shareables, as well as a full bar and craft cocktails.

Guests are encourage to discover a wide array of authentic toppings paired with tapas or a craft beer.

Along with the food, they feature a full bar – stocked with a wide selection of Japanese beers and liquor, including whiskey, vodka, gin, and sake.

One of the restaurant’s unique features is its High Ball Machine which delivers super-chilled whisky mixed with a perfectly calibrated ratio of high-carbonation soda water.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
