As previously reported in July, Domoto by Domo is coming to Closter.

Today the business shared on social media that plans are in motion to soft open on September 26th.

Domoto is a new concept from Domo Hospitality, which operates restaurants in NYC.

It will offer “casual Japanese comfort food made from fresh quality ingredients”.

Specifically they’ve revealed the menu will include “signature sushi and handrolls from DOMODOMO” plus “katsu and house-made noodles from Konban” — both DOMODOMO (Website) and Koban (Website) are existing concepts from the restaurant group.

They will begin accepting reservations on September 12th.
