Jiang Nan is a new restaurant now open in Fort Lee.

It’s replaced Factory Ale House (formerly New York Wing Factory) on Schlosser Street.

The eatery offers a “fusion of Chinese cuisine” as they have a location in Flushing, Queens — which received a Bib Gourmand Award from the Michelin Guide (Read Profile).

According to the restaurant’s website they provide “indulgent and comforting dining experiences featuring the best of Chinese fusion flavors from each region of China”, while the Michelin Guide says the business “delivers hits from all regions of China”.

The menu (View Menu) includes dishes like snacks, chef specialties, appetizers, soups, hose specials, grilled fish, entrees and more along with the “house signature” Peking duck.

They have other Jersey locations, including ones in Montclair and Jersey City.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
