Green Fusion (Website), the “pure” vegan and vegetarian fine dining restaurant in Ridgewood, is making some big changes.

They are partnering with a company that’s converting the space into a “market hall or a food hall” and renaming the location to Ridgewood Eatery.

Green Fusion will continue to serve their vegan menu along with gluten free options for both dine in and take out.

They will also have a chai cafe (with vegan options), a juice bar (protein shakes with vegan options) and a diner which will have breakfast and brunch with meat and vegan options all under one roof.

They will utilize separate cooking vessels and fryer for their vegan/vegetarian menu for no cross contamination or allergens and the diner will  have a separate oven, cooking and frying.

The business is soft opening on September 10th with a grand opening expected later this month.
