MM by Morimoto is Coming Soon to Bergen Town Center
MM by Morimoto is a new restaurant coming to Bergen Town Center.
It’s a restaurant from Masaharu Morimoto, the well known Iron Chef and restauranteur.
According to the website, it will be “tying Japanese and American flavor influences together to create something beautiful”.
Overall the business is expected to be a “hand roll bar concept” says details on their social media and a “fresh sushi concept” from signage at the mall.
No word yet on an opening date.
