Jinya Ramen, a chain of ramen restaurants, is coming soon to Totowa.

This is their first location in New Jersey.

Known for its “slow-cooked approach” to ramen, made from broth that’s “simmered for 20 hours in-house”.

With a customizable menu and “sleek interiors”, they aim to present “a contemporary Japanese dining” experience.

The menu (View Menu) itself includes ramen, mini tacos, small paltes (bao, dumplings, crispy rice, tempura), salad, rice bowls, curry and more.

An opening is currently planned for Tuesday, September 10th.
