Schmackary’s, New York City’s award-winning bake shop, is opening its first Jersey location in Englewood.

This is just the first of 13 Schmakary’s planned expansion for the Northern New Jersey and New York City markets. They’ve been serving up sweets in NYC’s Theatre District since 2012.

The brand “prides itself” on being “Generation Y’s Answer to The Old American Bake Shop” by “reviving” neighborhood bake shops with a “modern twist”.

They offer a rotating variety of flavors (over 100) along with cookie cakes and various beverages.

An announcement sharing the news has revealed an opening is set for Thursday, August 22nd.
