Mediterranean Flatbread Co is a new restaurant now open in Cliffside Park.
The menu focuses on “fresh”, “real” and “authentic” lahmajun — the popular Middle Eastern flatbread flatbread.
Varieties include beef, spinach & cheese and “minijun”.
They are available wholesale and retail frozen by the bag or case.
It’s currently open six days a week (closed Mondays).
